Supervisor, Ground Operations

The Supervisor, Ground Operations will be a hands-on leader, working day-to-day with our Warehouse Associates and Leads, responsible for the development of the warehouse staff and ensuring operational excellence and success through values-based leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in management in logistics, operations, or a related field
• Proficient in technology platforms and tools relevant to logistics operations
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Commitment to delivering exceptional experiences to team members and driver partners
• Willingness to complete a comprehensive background check
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends
