Supervisor, Ground Operations

As a Ground Operations Supervisor, you will lead the warehouse staff, develop their skills, and set a standard of operational excellence. You will be responsible for accuracy of reports, scheduling, and ensuring efficient sort and launch packages while adhering to safety standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in management in logistics, operations, or a related field
• Proficient in technology platforms and tools relevant to logistics operations
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Commitment to delivering exceptional experiences to team members and driver partners
• Willingness to complete a comprehensive background check
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends
• Physical ability to work in a warehouse with standing, moving boxes, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds
