Project Captain - Architectural Design

The Project Captain plays a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of architectural projects, focusing on technical accuracy, coordination with consultants, and overall project quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture from an accredited program
• Minimum 4 years of combined experience in fast casual restaurant and commercial retail/mixed-use projects
• Licensure in architecture is preferred
• Strong working knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and approval processes
• Solid understanding of building systems and site requirements, including Structural, MEP, Civil, and Geo-Technical considerations
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and conscientious
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing assigned responsibilities
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with internal teams, consultants, and construction personnel
• Maintains a positive, professional, and engaging attitude when interacting with both internally and externally
• Proficiency with current versions of Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel
