An established architecture and design firm is seeking an experienced Project Leader to guide architectural projects from concept through completion.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture.
- 610 years of professional architectural experience.
- Minimum 3 years in commercial retail, mixed-use, or multifamily projects.
- Architectural licensure preferred (or actively pursuing).
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, MS Word, and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning, construction methods, and MEP coordination.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
