Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Prior experience in a laboratory, pilot plant, or food manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise protocols and standard operating procedures
- Knowledge of food safety, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and laboratory best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn data collection software
- Excellent organizational skills, time management, and communication abilities
- Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and work in varying temperatures
- Flexibility for occasional extended hours during production trials
