Job Description
The Structural Project Engineer is responsible for the day‐to‐day technical execution, coordination, and delivery of structural engineering projects for a wide range of building types, including commercial, office, retail, hospitality, and residential developments.
Requirements
- Lead and manage all phases of structural engineering projects, from conceptual design through contract documents.
- Prepare structural calculations, design analyses, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Apply advanced technical knowledge in structural engineering to develop safe, efficient, and code‐compliant designs.
- Conduct structural observations and building condition assessments during site visits.
- Review shop drawings, submittals, and contractor RFIs for compliance with design intent.
- Plan, direct, and monitor project tasks to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
