Fleet Manager, SVT Service Department - Otay, CA

At SVT Fleet Solutions, we're a dedicated team focused on providing top-tier fleet management services. We're looking for a Fleet Manager to join our team, who will manage and define aspects of clients' fleet operations, oversee policy compliance, and develop and implement vehicle and equipment specifications and cost management programs.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience within the fleet management industry
• At least 4 years of experience managing P&L within the transportation sector
• Strong capabilities to effectively consult, influence, negotiate and lead change
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where deadlines are essential
• Demonstrated success in juggling competing priorities and tasks
• Strong communication skills in both verbal and written
• Proficient in data visualization tools, Excel, data mining skill
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
