Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a comparable position
• Sound knowledge in analyzing large amounts of data and deriving business insights
• Experience in creating dashboards, preferably with Zoho Analytics or comparable tools
• Ability to represent complex data in a clear and appealing way
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
• Familiarity with database queries (e.g., SQL) and data management
• Experience in working with interdisciplinary teams
