AI Automation Specialist

We're looking for an AI Automation Specialist who is energized by designing and deploying advanced automations and custom AI solutions. In this role, you'll work with clients, junior specialists, and internal fulfillment and technical teams to lead client calls, design, build, and deploy custom integrations, implement and optimize AI Employee performance, and support automation troubleshooting and process improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in AI automation, workflow development, or a related field
• Proven experience designing and implementing automated workflows and API integrations
• Experience using tools like Zapier, and working knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to identify automation opportunities
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to manage full project lifecycle from client discovery to implementation and review
• Familiarity with CRM systems and SaaS platforms
• Experience training AI chatbots or virtual assistants, including configuring custom prompts and communication styles
