Requirements
- 1–2 years of proven success in a cold calling SDR or inside sales role
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding outbound activity and meeting-setting targets
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- Ability to effectively handle objections and maintain productive conversations
- Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable handling rejection while maintaining a positive attitude
- Highly organized and able to manage a large volume of outreach in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using power dialers, parallel dialers and other calling specific tech
