Vendelux is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join their Series A SaaS company. The role involves designing, building, and deploying production-grade AI-powered systems that directly impact event marketing. This position focuses on solving data problems, applying AI methods, and translating business needs into technical solutions. Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or data engineering
- 3+ years of experience building AI/ML-driven products
- Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in SQL
- Experience with modern AI frameworks (HuggingFace, LangChain, etc.)
- Solid understanding of cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Experience applying LLMs and generative AI in production
- Strong grasp of fundamental data science and machine learning techniques
- Demonstrated ability to translate business problems into data solutions
- Proven track record of shipping user-facing features with measurable impact
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Startup experience preferred
