Job Description
Venda is transforming how companies interact with AI agents. They are seeking a Senior Backend / Core Engineer to expand and deliver Vendia's distributed AI data platform. The role involves designing, developing, and delivering customer-facing functionality for managing and sharing operational data in real time. The engineer will ensure scalability, availability, latency, and fault tolerance for the massive multi-tenant platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience in distributed systems
- Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., DynamoDB) and serverless cloud architectures (AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Cognito, or equivalents)
- Expertise in Python or Rust
- Deep knowledge of AWS, including serverless architectures
- Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and operational excellence
- Strong project planning, communication, and delivery skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
