Job Description
Venterra Realty is seeking a Porter to maintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of their community, ensuring common areas, amenities, and exterior spaces meet high standards. The role is responsible for trash removal, light maintenance tasks, and assisting with apartment turnover preparation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in groundskeeping, janitorial, or maintenance preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to maintaining company standards
