Job Description
Venterra Realty is seeking a Senior Asset Manager to oversee strategic organizational objectives within multifamily assets, focusing on optimizing operating results for each property. This role requires deep asset knowledge, financial modeling skills, and leadership abilities. The position is remote, with a focus on collaboration and providing expert guidance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business or other related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Asset Management or Senior Operations
- Working knowledge of Real Estate Investments, Multifamily Property Management, and Asset Underwriting
- Strong Excel skills with financial modeling
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership
