Job Description
Ventrata is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their growing Product team. This role involves bridging the gap between Product Management and Engineering, ensuring requirements are clear, consistent, and testable. The BA will play a key role in delivering features, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless releases. The company is a leading SaaS platform for attractions and activities, backed by a passionate team with offices in Brno, Lisbon, and various remote locations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst (5+ years)
- Strong skills in requirements documentation, process mapping, and data analysis
- Comfortable using tools like Linear, Figma, Outline, Postman
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, APIs, and system integrations
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to translate complexity into clarity
- Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills in English
