Job Description
Ventura TRAVEL is seeking a Tour Conductor for East Africa, responsible for leading small groups on two-three week all-country tours, and ensuring exceptional traveler experiences. This role involves maintaining itineraries, managing teams, ensuring safety, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about the region's flora, fauna, and history and enjoys connecting with people from diverse backgrounds.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of the German or French for communication with clients.
- Experience as a tour conductor in East Africa.
- Extensive knowledge of the flora and fauna, history, and current matters in East Africa.
- Good knowledge of German or French culture and current matters.
- Engaging, reliable, and well organized.
