Requirements

• Possess a high school diploma or GED
• One year experience supporting people in the Mental Health field or Substance Abuse recovery
• Knowledge in the following areas is preferred: disability accommodations and assistive technologies and services, DSS/SSI, Transportation and Housing Access, and Community SUD resources
• Maintains appropriate office presence
• Responsible and cooperative with participants/families, supervisors, fellow employees, and providers
• Maintains friendly working atmosphere
• Maintains professional attitude
• Maintains professional appearance
• Accepts constructive criticism
• Utilizes established channels of communication
