Veo is a global leader in AI-based sports camera technology. We’re hiring a Market Manager to lead Veo’s commercial and partner activity for Poland, operating from our Copenhagen office.
Requirements
- Own the Poland GTM & targets: build a repeatable market plan and own semi-annual ARR, market activation, and lead gen goals, with a focus on converting leads into revenue.
- Close and scale partnerships: sign strategic partners (leagues, regions, etc.), then onboard and enable them with co-selling/co-marketing playbooks.
- Drive demand & field enablement: run high-ROI activations (events, seminars + webinars) and represent Veo at tournaments to generate qualified leads.
- Measure & optimise: track core KPIs (lead gen, market activations, conversion rates, partner-sourced ARR, etc.) and deliver concise performance reports.
- Coordinate cross-functionally: work closely with Sales and Marketing to shorten the time-to-value and tailor offerings for Polish customers.
