Management Associate /營運儲備幹部

Veolia Taiwan is looking for a Management Associate to participate in daily operations, learn process management, and take on leadership responsibilities. The role includes operational rotation, production/operations coordination, EHS and compliance, quality and management system execution, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or related fields
• At least 5 years of experience in related work related to chemical factory
• Analytical and improvement capabilities to analyze and propose solutions for on-site problems
• Communication and coordination skills to ensure smooth operations between departments
• Adaptability and growth: proactive, resistant to pressure, and willing to learn new technologies and management models
