Job Description
Veracyte is seeking a highly skilled and motivated LIMS Engineer to lead the architecture and design of cutting-edge Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and their integrations within a complex, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5-7+ years of experience in LIMS engineering, implementation, and support.
- Hands-on experience with one or more modern LIMS platforms (e.g., L7 Informatics, Labbit, Thermo Fisher SampleManager, LabWare, etc.).
- Proficiency in JSON, Python, SQL, PowerShell, and scripting for automation and data processing.
- Strong understanding of LIMS architecture, relational databases, and lab workflows.
- Proven experience in platform integrations using AWS services, Mulesoft, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Solid grasp of data security, integrity, and compliance in regulated environments.
