Expert Quality Engineer (Salesforce CRM)

We're looking for an experienced QA Engineer with expertise in testing Salesforce CRM. You'll validate the quality, reliability, and performance of Salesforce customizations, configurations, and integrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of QA experience, with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce as a CRM platform
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, objects (standard/custom), flows, validation rules, and permissions
• Experience testing business processes such as lead lifecycle, contact management, pipeline workflows, and dashboards
• Familiarity with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress) and scripting languages such as JavaScript or Python
• Hands-on experience with test case management tools like TestRail and Agile platforms such as JIRA
