We're looking for an experienced QA Engineer with expertise in testing Salesforce CRM. You'll validate the quality, reliability, and performance of Salesforce customizations, configurations, and integrations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA experience, with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce as a CRM platform
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, objects (standard/custom), flows, validation rules, and permissions
- Experience testing business processes such as lead lifecycle, contact management, pipeline workflows, and dashboards
- Familiarity with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress) and scripting languages such as JavaScript or Python
- Hands-on experience with test case management tools like TestRail and Agile platforms such as JIRA
