Job Description
As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Vercel, you'll design and execute multi-channel programs to guide developers and enterprise customers through their journey with Vercel, from onboarding and adoption to retention and expansion.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Iterable, Braze, Marketo) and analytics platforms (Amplitude, Segment, Looker, Mixpanel)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM teams
