Job Description
Vercel is seeking an SDR Manager to build and lead the v0 Sales Development team. The role involves hiring, training, and developing a team of SDRs, coaching them on prospecting and campaign development, and working closely with Sales and Marketing leadership on demand generation strategy.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience managing SDRs at a technology company
- 5+ years experience in Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, or a similar function
- Experience hiring SDRs and building a successful SDR team
- Proven track record of team quota attainment
