Job Description
Verdant Specialty Solutions is seeking an Instrumentation and Electrical (I&E) Maintenance Technician to work on general mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and utility operations. This position requires independent work and collaboration with other team members, with an emphasis on working with Utility Area and instrumentation. The company focuses on specialty chemical manufacturing with a commitment to safety and quality.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 7+ years of experience in construction or maintenance, Chemical Manufacturing Setting Preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Forklift operator certificate
- Elevated work platform operator certificate
- Valid student or professional certifications (e.g., University Park Maintenance Technician Competency List)
- Proficient in calculating surfaces, volumes, weights, and measures
- Ability to read and understand safety rules and company procedures
