Job Description
Verifone is seeking a Senior Director of Global Benefits to lead the design, governance, and execution of employee benefits programs across more than 40 countries. The role is pivotal in delivering a globally consistent yet locally relevant benefits experience that supports our values of equity, well-being, and inclusion.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in global benefits, with deep expertise in EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.
- Proven success designing and scaling benefits programs in multinational environments.
- Strong knowledge of international benefits regulations, compliance, and market practices.
- Experience managing vendors and brokers across multiple geographies.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certification (e.g., CEBS, GPHR) preferred.
