Werkstudent Platform Solutions and Services (d/w/m)

As a student worker in the Platform Solutions and Services team, you will support our partners in technical matters, assist the team with tasks, and bring your technical expertise to independently process 3rd-Level-Service-Requests and analyze errors using our apps and test environments.

Requirements

• Ongoing study with a technical orientation (e.g. computer science, business informatics, etc.)
• High technical affinity
• Good communication skills in German and English (at least C1)
• Structured and solution-oriented work style
• High degree of quality awareness and organizational skills
