Verkada is seeking a Sales Strategy & Operations Associate/Sr. Associate to drive initiatives with the Solutions Engineering (SE) team, partnering closely with executive SE leadership. The role requires a balance of analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and operational execution to run the business and improve processes as the company scales.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in business operations, sales operations, or strategy roles
- Solid grounding in statistics and probability, with the ability to interpret data and run statistical tests
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and navigate professional conflict
- Strong problem structuring skills; able to break down complex, ambiguous problems into actionable solutions
- Blend of technical and business background preferred (e.g., computer science + economics, data science + business)
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with ambiguity and pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency required
- Exposure to Salesforce or business intelligence tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.) is a plus, but not required
