Job Description
Verndale is seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions. The role involves leading a team, mentoring junior developers, and providing technical guidance on Salesforce platforms, CPQ, and Commerce. Strong experience in Salesforce development, architecture, and API integrations is required.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and implementation experience.
- Proven track record in technical leadership or leading project teams.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative tools.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, API integrations, and security model.
- Experience with CPQ, B2B Commerce, or MuleSoft is highly desirable.
- Experience leading end-to-end Salesforce project implementations.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional delivery teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
