Job Description
We’re looking for a skilled and safety-focused Aerial Lineman to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing overhead fiber optic and coaxial cable networks using industry-best tools and techniques.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Aerial Lineman in telecom or utility construction.
- Proficiency in using aerial construction tools and equipment.
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Familiarity with safety standards and procedures, including fall protection and electrical safety.
- Valid driver’s license (Class A CDL preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with fiber optic installation and splicing.
- Knowledge of National Electric Safety Code (NESC) standards.
- Proficiency in using mapping and project management tools.
- Certifications in bucket truck operation or climbing (a plus).
