Job Description
Verra Mobility is seeking a VP of Field Services to orchestrate the success of their North American field operations. This role will oversee regional field teams, command centers, fleet management, and strategic initiatives, balancing operational excellence with customer experience and cost control. The VP will be a strategic leader responsible for driving innovation, scaling operations, and fostering a customer-focused culture.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree required
- 7+ years of experience leading Field Services operations
- 7+ years of experience leading Remote Technical Support operations
- 2+ years of experience leading Fleet Management operations
- Experience leading geographically dispersed teams across North America or globally
- Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives at the executive level
