Job Description
Version 1 is seeking an Interaction Designer to deliver excellent results for their customers in the public and private sectors. The role requires a design-thinking mindset, a strong understanding of user needs, and experience with Figma and the GOV.UK prototype kit. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in agile teams and communicate their design decisions effectively.
Requirements
- Experience in designing services that are accessible, usable and inclusive.
- Understanding of design thinking frameworks.
- Ability to conduct user research and iterate on designs.
- Knowledge of design standards and accessibility.
- Experience in collaborative agile working.
- Understanding of WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards
