Job Description
Version 1 is seeking a skilled Test Automation Engineer to join their agile team. The role involves designing, developing, and executing automated tests for a web application using Cypress. Strong understanding of front-end and backend testing, along with experience working in Scrum/Agile, is required. Active SC Clearance is essential.
Requirements
- Analyze test criteria, design test scenarios and cases.
- Run, participate in test sessions, and identify test approaches.
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts with Cypress.
- Perform API testing with Postman and Rest-Assured.
- Identify and track defects, resolving issues.
- Continuously improve test automation framework and processes.
- Implement monitoring and alerting using tools.
- Perform database validation and queries with PostgreSQL.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies.
- Communicate test results effectively.
