Job Description
Versiti is seeking a Team Lead Phlebotomist / CDL Driver to ensure timely delivery of medical data collection, compliance, and quality assurance. The role involves direct coaching, supervision of staff, ensuring customer service excellence, and maintaining operational efficiency. A valid CDL Class B is required for this position.
Requirements
- Valid CDL Class B with air brakes endorsement (B)
- High School Diploma required
- GED required
- 4-6 years phlebotomy experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Basic mathematical aptitude
