Program Manager

We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to support our Autonomy team in delivering critical improvements across Perception, Prediction & Behavioral ML, TeleGuidance, Planning & Controls, and Collision Avoidance. This project-based role focuses on driving execution, tracking KPIs, and enabling engineering teams to deliver on key business objectives. The role involves partnering with engineering managers and functional leads to translate project goals into actionable roadmaps and support the development of metrics and data.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of program management experience, with a focus on software development.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects independently.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Gantt charts, JIRA, Smartsheet, risk matrix).
