Requirements
- A degree in Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
- A strong portfolio showcasing digital design, campaign work, visual storytelling, and localisation projects.
- 4 to 7 years of experience in digital design, preferably within creative, advertising, or digital agencies.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with working knowledge of motion/animation tools.
- Strong understanding of branding, digital content design, and campaign adaptation workflows.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple creative workstreams.
- Familiarity with social platform formats, digital content best practices, and asset production requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to guide and mentor junior designers.
