Job Description
Vertiv is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to join their Thermal Advance Engineering team. This role focuses on designing and improving thermal products for Data Center cooling, ensuring high quality and meeting industry regulations. The engineer will collaborate with suppliers, the company's center of expertise, and other members of the team.
Requirements
- Technical Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Electrical Designer, preferably in the HVAC industry.
- Strong understanding of electrical design principles and practices.
- Excellent knowledge of ECAD & PLM systems, Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel).
- Knowledge of Active and Passive Filters for harmonics mitigation.
- Good knowledge of thermodynamics and refrigeration principles.
- English – Intermediate level – Written and spoken.
