Job Description
Vertiv is seeking a Field Service Technician to service Small to Medium UPS, Power Distribution Units & Battery system products. The role involves on-site and phone assistance, maintaining customer rapport, and implementing Service Request tasks. Vertiv values strong customer service, technical leadership, and a robust company culture.
Requirements
- Experience (ASEET, AMEET, or progress toward it)
- High School or Vocational School Diploma
- 2-4 years military experience
- 0-2 years of relevant industry experience
- Personal computer and applications proficiency
- Basic site evaluation skills (environmental, electrical)
