Job Description
Vertiv is seeking a HAAS Operator-Nights to operate machines such as fin presses, power drives, cranes, and paint systems, ensuring proper machine operation and configuration. The role involves basic mechanical skills, tool set use, and adherence to Vertiv's values and behaviors. The company provides stability and opportunity in a growing industry.
Requirements
- Operates machines such as fin press, fin power, brake, vertical/horizontal expander, overhead crane, hairpin machine, pemsert, riveting, spot weld, gasket machine, and paint system.
- Uses basic mechanics’ tool set, ratchets, wrenches, air tools, pliers, hammers, adjustable wrenches, screwdrivers, and channel locks.
- Checks parts using appropriate gauges.
- Changes out machine parts to achieve proper operation and configuration.
