Mechanical Engineer

The SFA Mechanical Engineer will contribute to the design and release of customizations to chillers, working in a cross-functional development group. This role involves design verification, problem-solving, and collaboration with various engineering disciplines to meet customer specifications. It requires independence and the ability to find creative solutions when there is little precedent.

Requirements

• Create customizations of chillers as laid out by customer specifications.
• Collaborate across disciplines (mechanical, electrical, process engineering, production).
• Perform engineering design verifications using traditional methods and CAD programs.
• Develop solutions to complex problems with no precedence.
• Review completed CAD and schematic drafting to verify design intent.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
