Mergers and Acquisitions Manager

Manager, M&A will play a key role in supporting Vertiv's inorganic growth strategy through comprehensive financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation activities.

Requirements

• Conduct detailed financial analyses, including valuation modeling and scenario planning, to formulate deal theses for acquisition targets and divestitures.
• Partner with business leaders to prepare financial forecasts and projections, including cost and revenue synergies, for potential acquisitions.
• Summarize target valuation and investment recommendations for senior management.
• Coordinate transaction due diligence processes by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, including third party advisors.
• Conduct financial due diligence by analyzing financial statements, market trends, and evaluating prospective companies to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Utilize the diligence findings to validate or adjust the valuation assumptions that support the deal case.
• Prepare comprehensive diligence reports for presentation to senior management.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support negotiation strategies and help achieve favorable deal terms.
• Assist in managing deal flow, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
• Coordinate the assessment of various opportunities and conduct due diligence activities simultaneously.
• Develop and oversee project timelines, ensuring that all phases and milestones are clearly defined and met.
