Job Description
The New Product Development Engineer – Digital Services SME will lead the integration of digital diagnostics and predictive analytics into Power and Thermal products. This role involves expertise in digital services, serviceability, safety, and business goals, requiring collaboration with R&D, product management, and global technical leads. The position is remote with occasional on-site travel and global team collaboration.
Requirements
- Serve as the subject matter expert for digital diagnostics and predictive analytics in Power and Thermal products.
- Interface with engineering, technical support, and field service teams to validate digital event data.
- Lead the integration and refinement of Power and Thermal data models within Digital Services systems.
- Develop and refine technical documentation, maintenance procedures, and training materials for digital serviceability.
