Solutions Architect (Remote)

Vertiv is seeking a Solutions Architect to join their Infrastructure Solutions Team, focusing on data center solutions. This role involves pre-sales design development, proposal response, and providing technical support to clients in the data center and high-performance compute. The Architect will leverage Vertiv's product portfolio and collaborate with various engineering disciplines to address customer business needs.

Requirements

• Report to Infrastructure Solutions Line of Business
• Advise customers on Vertiv solution products
• Solve customer business needs leveraging Vertiv portfolio
• Read and understand RFP tender documents
• Coordination with engineering and technical disciplines
• Technical project coordination with customers and suppliers
• Collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, Deployment, Start-up, and Commissioning teams
• Regional responsibility
• Proficiency in Data Center design and civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and BMS
• Basic drafting and sketch capabilities (Revit experience preferred)
• Solution-based thinking and mechanical/electrical component application
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Excellent Organizational Skills and Time Management
• Self-motivated
• PC skills: Office 365, SharePoint
• No travel
