Job Description
Vertiv is seeking a Solutions Mechanical Engineer with expertise in Technical Cooling Systems (TCS) / Secondary Fluid Networks (SFN) to design and deliver custom solutions. This role involves collaboration with customers, rapid prototyping, and ensuring designs align with company standards while leveraging experience with configuration tools and process cooling. The Engineer will support orders from concept to production and work with suppliers to ensure quality and lead time.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 3–8 years of experience in piping/fluid systems, preferably in data center liquid cooling, HVAC, hydronics, or process cooling
- Proficiency with Creo for detailed TCS/SFN design, assemblies, and engineering documentation.
- Familiarity with rapid concept and layout tools like AutoCAD Plant 3D or Revit MEP
- Experience preparing layout drawings and BOMs
- Knowledge of pressure testing, leak detection, and cleanliness requirements
- Strong English communication skills
