Job Description
The Senior HR Business Partner will align business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The role serves as a consultant to management, acts as a strategic partner, change agent, and employee champion. Responsibilities include HR process/policy expertise, performance management, and change management within the organizational structure and reward systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science, human resources management or related discipline
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years' experience resolving complex employee relations issues
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Understanding of multiple human resource disciplines (compensation, organizational diagnosis, etc.)
- Clear communication skills
- Experience in Organization Development assessment and change management
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
