Supervisor Production

The Production Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the safety, health, quality, and productivity of the assigned department. This role involves supervising production and operating workers, monitoring performance metrics, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The supervisor also collaborates with management to develop and implement production strategies and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4-8 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Manufacturing, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
