Reconciliation Analyst

Verto is seeking a Reconciliation Analyst to drive efficiency and accuracy of financial operations. The role involves managing the end-to-end reconciliation process, investigating discrepancies, and contributing to strategic automation projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in reconciliation, financial analysis, or a closely related accounting function.
• Mandatory knowledge of payment processing, FX transactions, and the nuances of emerging markets.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills, with the confidence to comfortably execute functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and handle complex datasets.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a strict commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with both international teams and external partners.
