MarTech Technical Architect

We are seeking a MarTech Technical Architect to design and implement cutting-edge CRM and growth marketing solutions, bridging the gap between marketing goals and technical execution. As a MarTech Technical Architect, you will empower clients to achieve high-velocity, deeply personalized, and data-driven customer engagement.

Requirements

• 5+ years in growth engineering, MarTech, or CRM technical architecture roles
• Hands-on expertise with Braze (Canvas, segmentation, personalization, APIs/SDKs) and Talon.One is required
• Strong technical skills in APIs, SDKs, data flows, and campaign automation
• Experience building and scaling lifecycle campaigns across multiple channels (email, push, in-app, SMS, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Ability to code and configure in tools like Liquid, SQL, or scripting languages
• Excellent communication skills; comfortable talking with CMOs one minute and debugging code the next
• Highly fluent or native command of English
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for client engagements and VGV team collaboration
