The Account Executive at Veryon is responsible for driving new business growth within the Business Aviation market by selling Veryon’s portfolio of solutions, including Tracking for Business & Commercial, Defect Analysis, and related offerings. This role is a true hunter position, requiring a disciplined approach to targeting, strong discovery and value storytelling, and the ability to run an end-to-end enterprise sales cycle.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience as an Account Executive / Sales Representative in enterprise software, SaaS, aviation tech, or related B2B solutions
- Demonstrated success selling new business and consistently achieving/exceeding quota
- Proven ability to close deals six figure opportunities using consultative sales methods (discovery-led, value-based, multi-threaded)
- Experience managing long, complex sales cycles (6+ months) with multiple stakeholders and buying personas
- Strong business and technical acumen: ability to communicate product value, operational impact, and ROI
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills; able to engage from frontline users through executives
- Highly organized with strong pipeline discipline and forecasting skills; comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
