Sales Manager - Solar

VesprSolar is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the sales of their solar products in the UK and European markets, focusing on distributed generation and utility-scale projects. The role involves driving sales growth, managing a sales pipeline, and building relationships with key stakeholders in the solar industry. VesprSolar is a rapidly growing startup revolutionizing solar panel installations and developing industry-leading components.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field (preferred)
• 3–5 years’ experience in technical sales, ideally within solar, construction materials, or structural steel industries
• Strong technical acumen in racking/tracking systems
• Experience with rack/tracking systems manufacturers and EPC companies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Sales tracking CRM, and collaboration tools
