Warehouse Coordinator

Vesta Home is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support both warehouse and logistics operations. The role involves receiving shipments, maintaining inventory, managing administrative coordination, and supporting delivery operations. This is an onsite position for highly organized individuals.

Requirements

• Serve as the point of contact for incoming carriers and container deliveries
• Maintain and manage inventory of warehouse supplies and consumables
• Coordinate supply ordering and monitor replenishment needs across departments
• Support warehouse organization and cleanliness
• Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound material flow and communication with delivery teams
• Track and report on delivery trip status
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Compile daily and weekly logistics performance reports
• Manage warehouse-related administrative tasks to support execution and compliance
• Track attendance and maintain meal waiver documentation
